We have sent an email to the email address included on the sign-up form, this is to validate the email address provided. If you do not receive this email with 24 hours, please email levygrant.online@citb.co.uk so your email address can be checked.
What happens next:
Once your account has been set-up we will send a confirmation email, this will include details of how to access your account and should be with you within 10 working days.
Third Party requests:
If you are a third party acting on behalf of an employer, we will require written authorisation from the employer before providing you access to CITB online. We will contact the employer for confirmation of your eligibility, but set-up time is dependent on receiving this. Receiving written authorisation from the employer alongside the request will help your account to be set up sooner. The employer should email from an address we already have on file for their account, or from an email address directly related to the business, and they must provide their CITB registration number, business name, and business address.
