We are currently experiencing a technical issue impacting some of our products and services between the period of Friday 2 May to Thursday 22 May.

Please be aware that the following have been affected:

Approved Training Organisations (ATO) - Achievements uploaded via the ATO Bulk Achievement route between the period of 2 May to 22 May will not currently be available on the Construction Training Register. Any achievements uploaded from 11am 22 May onwards are unaffected. Please do not resubmit any bulk achievements for this time period whilst we work through this issue.
Grant - Any short course achievements uploaded via an ATO bulk upload or Employer bulk upload route between the period of 2 May to 22 May, that are eligible for grant payment, will experience a delay in the payment of this grant. Any achievements uploaded from 11am 22 May onwards are unaffected. Please do not resubmit any bulk upload applications for this time period whilst we work through this issue.
