Request access to CTR for non-Levy registered employers

If you are a non-Levy registered employer who wants access to the Construction Training Register (CTR), complete this online form.

Once you have access, you will be able to look up multiple learner or worker's training achievement records, give feedback on a CITB Approved Training Organisation's (ATO) service, and mark an ATO as a favourite training provider.

Note: it normally takes 2 working days to process your request and provide access to the CTR.

If you are a Levy-registered employer and you would like access to the CTR, please complete the Sign-up for CITB online services form instead.

If you are a learner or construction worker that wants to check that your training achievement record, you can request view-only access. Please refer to the instructions for learners on how to access the Register.
